Can I design my own die cut?
In most cases, yes! We use a Universal laser. This machine allows us to cut paper in any design we can put into the computer. Send us a picture, design, etc. and we will see what we can do! Want to interchange one image with another title~no problem! Want to customize your title, no problem! We do our best to help you personalize your die cuts. We want your scrapbook pages to reflect YOUR look.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the amount of die cuts ordered and if we can put items in a 8x12 envelope. If we can put items in an envelope, we will do so and use first class mail.
For larger items, we will ship Federal Express.

Is your merchandise returnable?
Of course! We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will accept your merchandise as long as it is returned in it's original package, unopened, unused and undamaged. Is the paper you use lignin and acid free?
Yes! We want your scrapbook pages to last! Even the backing on the die cuts is acid and lignin free. We use Bazzill paper, only the best for our customers!
Can I make changes to the "words" or "phrase"?
That is our specialty! We want your scrapbooking pages to be as individualized as you are. Just let us know what you want and we can change it. Don't forget, we have hundreds of colors to choose from, so let us know what is going to fit your style.
